EMS Group Acquires Clear Lake Based EFSI

Houston, TX, June 12, 2007 - Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC (EMS Group); recognized as one of the largest providers of pipeline operations & maintenance in the United States, announced the successful acquisition of Energy Facility Services, Inc. ("EFSI"), a leak detection, mechanical repair and environmental services company headquartered out of Clear Lake, Texas, with operational centers in Lake Charles, LA, Port Neches, TX, Auburn, AL and Baton Rouge, LA.

EFSI employs more than 160 individuals throughout the United States; providing many services that are designed to help process facilities, refineries and power plants achieve their environmental, health and safety management, maintenance, and operational objectives.

From field environmental services to expert turnaround maintenance teams, EFSI excels at providing their customers products and services meeting the cost constraints of today's economy.

Tim Nesler, CEO of EMS Group said, "We are excited to have EFSI in the EMS Group family as this adds an essential piece to the pipeline O&M product offering, and clearly positions us as an O&M leader for all pipelines and the major facilities that serve as both the origin and terminus of thousands of domestic pipelines".

Garland Faulk, President of EFSI said, "By joining forces with EMS Group, EFSI now has the ability to offer a much wider range of services and resources to our customers - we're excited about the future, and the opportunity ahead.  Our employees will also benefit from the tremendous growth potential we see for EMS Group, as well as enabling them to grow professionally through EMS's commitment to training and personnel development".

James "Scooter" Moore, Executive Vice President of EFSI continued, "...What attracted us to EMS Group is their desire to provide an integrated O&M solution to the pipeline industry both inside and outside the ‘facility fence'. EFSI provides an integral component inside the fence, which connects to the vast array of services provided by EMS Group outside the fence - it's a natural fit. I am especially pleased that EFSI has joined EMS Group because our companies share a commitment to the core values of hard work, integrity, and creating value for our customers".

This is the latest in a series of acquisitions.  During the past 4 months EMS Group has acquired Zaval-Tex Construction Company, Inc., a pipeline integrity / maintenance company (Beaumont, TX); Edna Gas Measurement (Edna, TX),  United Measurement & Supply Inc. (Carrizo Springs, TX) and Natural Gas Measurement, Inc. (Corpus Christi, TX) specializing in gas measurement.

Prior to 2007 EMS completed ten (10) acquisitions in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Employing more than 800 highly qualified pipeline professionals; EMS Group provides a full range of O&M services to approximately 250 blue chip energy customers including major pipeline operators, local distribution companies (LDC's) and independent power, oil and gas producers. EMS Group provides these integrated service offerings through six major service lines: Pipeline Management, Pipeline Integrity Management, Production & Pipeline Projects, Power Services, LNG/Natural Gas Services and Data Management.

"To help ensure compliance, they use quality assurance and training teams for many different levels of database and field audits. Due to EFSI's quality assurance team's focus and attention to detail, I feel secure we are catching any potential problems before becoming compliance issues. This among their regulation expertise, high management involvement, and low employee turnover add to the level of technical expertise in LDAR air quality, database management, and custom application solutions."
